GOOD SERVICES LIST - This is where individual  neighbors recommend contractors, services, etc they have used and highly recommend. [Send your recommendations to canalpointe-owner@yahoogroups.com ] .  These are recommendations only. No guarantee is offered by us.

LENDING TREE -  This is where we will list items we are willing to lend to our neighbors. eg. inflatable beds, beach umbrellas, bicycles, etc  [This list will be password protected]

SERVICES OFFERED - This is where we will list services that we are willing to provide, either for a fee, or for free. This could include businesses of our residents. -  e.g. clothing alterations; computer help, computer instruction, bicycle tire inflation

LOCAL TIPS - This is where we will offer tips that our neighbors might not know about. e.g. Nicola Pizza has 1/2 price pasta on Tuesday nights and 1/2 price Nicobolis on Thursday nights (off season); Arena's has 1/2 price sandwiches on Wednesday nights;  You can buy a state park beach pass that can be used at any of the state beaches. There is an ocean beach north of downtown Rehoboth Beach. If you have the state park pass, it is free to get into and free to park. Out of state seniors (62+) pay $24/year]

This list could also include our favorite restaurants and also our favorite THINGS TO DO in the area [other than the most obvious].
