LC Homes. ]
Condos start in the mid $200k's, townhouses in the mid $300k range, and single family homes in the
$460's. We are an easy bicycle ride to
downtown Rehoboth or a 20 minute walk into town via sidewalk. The
traffic light on Rehoboth Avenue at
Church Street has made downtown Rehoboth very easy to get to by car,
even in the peak of the season.
Stay tuned as we residents build this unofficial neighborhood web site and create the friendliest neighborhood in Rehoboth. If you are a resident, you are invited to join our informal online discussion group. [Click HERE for more information.] Learn about the monthly wine parties we have where we have a chance to get to know our neighbors. Whether Condo/Townhome/Single Family Home, we do our best to get to know and keep an eye out for each other. We're the best connected and friendliest neighborhood in town!
